Team 461: Expansion, Evolution, and Establishment

In 2005, Team 461 chose to highlight our achievements in growing as a team and reaching out to the school, local, and FIRST communities. We spent lots of time last year adjusting to a surge of new members, who in turn brought a vast amount of new perspective to the team. Also, by starting two new teams (1646 in Lafayette and 1555 in Monon), Team 461 was able to complete our homework from the Championships in 2004 with 200% achievement. The submission also outlined a plan for problem solving during and after the season and a splendid recipe for community contribution. It was submitted at the Midwest Regional in Chicago, Illinois.
